Terms of Service~Terms and Conditions~
•Shipping is two (2) to three (3) business days of your order date.
•E-mail confirmations with tracking numbers are sent. Please note that tracking numbers are generated within the carrier system and may take 24 hours to become active.
•If shipping / order is hindered or recalled you will be provided with a full refund (as applicable).
•Prevent Loss. (i) Make sure your address is correct (ii) Observe your tracking number (iii) If I made an error with your address I will make corrections.
•You Are Responsible for contacting UPS if your package have not arrived. To ensure that you receive your package so that your package is not stolen (i) you should be home or (ii) have your package delivered to someone you trust by communicating the address with SGW.
•Return Non Defects: SGW will accept the return of any Product if it is: (i) in new and unused condition; and returned in original package;container or box (ii) returned within the time specified by the SGW in the Product Listing, which will generally be one, two, or three weeks, following the return procedure below.
•Return Procedure. To return a Product: (i) SGW will provide instructions on how to return your Product (ii) you will return the Product to SGW following those instructions; and (iii) the Product must be received by SGW within the time period, which will generally be within one, two, or three weeks of the Merchant shipment date. (iv) return shipping will be your responsibility plus a 20% restock fee.
•Damaged or Defective Merchandise: Contact SGW immediately for instructions.
•All unclaimed /refused: Sorry, no refunds are available.
•Undeliverable / Lost Orders: If the customer provides an incorrect address, I do not refund. It is your responsibility to notify the Carrier. If I made an error with your address I will make corrections.
C. SHIPPING COST
•Shipping Cost - I’m sorry, there is no such thing as free shipping cost.. Size and weight matter. SGW will not insert the shipping cost into the price of a product and say it’s free.
•You may combine your shipping to same address only. Please contact SGW to go over your shipping cost.
•Once an order is in transit it can not be modified or canceled.
Cooperation - SGW and the Merchant agree to cooperate in good faith to resolve any dispute regarding your Product purchase.
Please settle all disputes with SGW so that I may execute my duty to service you correctly. If for any reason you feel that I didn’t give you the best possible customer service that a human deserves then let me know because as a Smart Living Company ® Independent Sales Representative, I'll make sure that you're 100% satisfied with the service that I provide, whether it's simply shopping from my catalog, hosting an Open House / House Party or Fundraiser for your organization or yourself.
E. GENERAL INFORMATION
•I strive to get back to all customer enquiries within 24 hours. Over weekends and public holidays you may encounter a delay but we will get back to you as soon as possible.
•GUARANTEE: Every product you buy must be free of defect or you may return it immediately for replacement or refund.
•I reserve the right to correct typographical, descriptions, photographic errors and to cancel listings without notice.
•Items are strict as pictured, so please note the height, width and etc..
•Residents of New York (8%) and CA (7.5%) pay sales tax.
